Were selling two hostels in the Eixample district of Barcelona. Each hostel is ten rooms and sleeps ~30 guests. The hostels do extremely well, profiting about 45,000 euros each every year since we opened in 2008. We have long leases (10 and 12 years) for both properties that can be extended. The hostels have been written up in Lonely Planet, Lets Go, Rick Steves, and more.
If youre looking to retire in Barcelona or just have a great adventure, these are terrific businesses. Tourism is still booming in Barcelona, but we are moving to our home country to pursue a bigger project. We are happy to provide training to whoever buys the hostels.
The asking price for both hostels is 600,000 euros. Owner financing is negotiable.
